Upon award of a contract to Careology a clear implementation plan will be agreed followed by approval of a Service Level Agreement. The Service Level Agreement, SLA, will set the requirements of the service and clearly define the expectations. Service review meetings will be held as frequently as required by the customer and will help to improve and refine the service.
Each customer will be assigned a senior contact within the Careology team to liaise and manage the service provision to patients.
Customer satisfaction surveys can be conducted in line with customer requirements and will help provide useful feedback for further service improvements.
