Careology holds the ISO 9001:2000 quality systems accreditation. This quality award is subject to rigorous inspection by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance auditors.  Careology’s quality ethos is contained within our quality manual which is embedded within our ISO quality management system. Underpinning the system is a set of Standard Operating Procedures.

Through staff training, review and continual self assessment, Careology is always looking to reengineer our processes and to improve the service that we offer to our clients and patients.

The service provided by Careology complies with all relevant Health and Safety regulations which are subject to regular audit and inspection. An environmental policy is in place.

The complaints procedure is contained within the Careology quality management system which is ISO 9001:2000 accredited and encompasses all customer complaints. The mechanism to initiate a complaint by a patient is contained within the service users guide issued to all patients enrolled onto the Careology Homecare service.

The Careology site in Oxford is a registered pharmacy premises and as such is subject to inspection by the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain.
