Careology is dedicated to providing a first class support service to patients receiving complex therapies at home and in the community.

The service is clearly focused on patients needs and is designed to complement existing GP and hospital services. Our philosophy is bespoke and flexible rather than that of an impersonal call centre. Our team of highly experienced professionals recognise that patient and client service excellence is their top priority.

The individuals in our team have been carefully selected to provide this critical support service. The team is divided into four key areas:

• Patient services
• Pharmacy
• Clinical nursing support
• Home delivery

For security reasons, all staff in direct contact with patients in their own homes undergo stringent police checks and as an added safeguard, they all carry identification badges.

Documentary evidence of professional qualifications is required and specialist on-going training programmes take place for both new and existing staff to ensure the highest standards of service.

One of the core tenets is the importance of maintaining a named, one to one relationship with the Specialist Nurse and Patient Services Coordinator. We ensure that, wherever possible, patients will speak to and meet the same people each time they deal with Careology.
